How to sign up for a Business Mentor

You will be asked to provide details that include:-
  • Your contact details
  • Information about your existing or prospective business (e.g. staff numbers, annual turnover, years in business)
  • The sort of issues you want help with.

The information you are providing allows us establish a clearer picture of your business. 

If you are unsure of any answers, please complete the form to the best of your knowledge.  Anything you are not sure of can be discussed later, and corrected if necessary in discussion with your local Mentor Manager

What happens next

Once you have completed our form and paid the admin fee.

  1. Your local Mentor Manager will contact you to discuss the details you supplied on your form.
  2. Having taken on board the information you have discussed, your Mentor Manager will search their pool of Mentors to make the best possible match.
  3. You will receive confirmation of your Mentor.  The Mentor is also informed of your details.
  4. The Mentor will make contact with you.
  5. You and the Mentor discuss the timeline of meetings.
  6. The Mentor transfers their knowledge, skills and experience.
  7. Contact your Mentor Manager at any time for any additional information and assistance.
  8. The Mentor Manager will be in contact with you to follow up and ensure the relationship is on track.  
  9. If you or your mentor identify that you need further training or support, please contact the Mentor Manager.
  10. Your relationship continues until the mentoring period is complete.  At which time, you have the opportunity to re-register to continue mentoring with the same or a new mentor.
